Cal Captures Third at the Wolf Pack Classic
Colorado State made up eight strokes in Tuesday's final round to pass defending champion Augusta State and win the team championship of Nevada's 20th annual Wolf Pack Golf Classic. Eighteen teams from all over the United States and Hawaii participated in this year's event.
Individually, Augusta State's Chris Roake birdied the first hole of a playoff with Eastern Washington's Darin Vaughan to win medalist honors.
California shot the low round of the final day, a team 286, to retain third place. Dong Yi was Cal's top individual finisher, as he tied for third with a two-under, 214
