Cal Takes 14th at NCAA Western Regionals
SANTEE, Calif. - The California men's golf team finished in 14th place at the NCAA Western Regionals at the Carlton Oaks Country Club. The Bears finished with as stroke total of 880, 16 strokes over par.
The leading golfer for Cal was freshman Dong Yi, placing tied for 22nd overall while posting a stroke total of 217. Sophomore Jay Berkowitz and senior Stephen Summers both tied for 49th overall, shooting 222.
