Golden Bear Golf Finishes Ninth in Oregon
The California men's golf team finished ninth in a field of 14
teams at the Oregon Duck Invitational held at the Eugene Country Club
in Eugene, Oregon, March 10-11.
The University of Washington paced the field with a composite
score of 588, three strokes better than second place USC and 25
shots better than the Bears (613).
Jay Berkowitz and Stephen Summers each placed in a tie for
37th place overall with a two-round total of 155. Dong Yi came in
at 156, placing him in a tie for 42nd place.
Dan Coyle finished tied for 67th with a score of 160 and
Gareth Davies tied for 70th with a 161.
