Cal Takes Second Behind Washington
BERKELEY, Calif. - The California women's gymnastics team took second place
at a three-team meet Friday. The Golden Bears finished with 193.200 all-around points
while visiting Washington took first place with 194.225 points.
UC Davis came in third with 190.425 points.
Cal's top performer on the day was Leila Khoury, who finished with 38.200 all-around
points which was good enough for fifth place. Chantel Debert was sixth with 38.025 points
for the Bears.
Washington's Jamie Stauffer won the all-around title with 39.225 points.
