Chelsea White Bio - The University of California Official Athletic Site

In her role with the Golden Bears, White is in charge of all aspects of the volleyball program's administrative duties, as well coordinating team travel and assisting with special events. White came to Berkeley after spending a year as an assistant to Dean Judy Olian at the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Prior to working at UCLA, White was a Client Service Associate at Smith Barney in Sacramento, Calif.

White graduated from Iona College in New Rochelle, N.Y., in 2006 with a degree in political science, and was a member of the Delta Epsilon Sigma National Scholastic Honor Society with a 3.92 GPA. She was also the starting libero on the Iona volleyball team, finishing her senior season ranked No. 1 in the Metro Atlantic Conference and sixth in the NCAA in digs per game (6.12), and was selected the league's 2005 Defensive Player of the Year. White also competed at American River College in Sacramento, where she was named the school's 2004 Female Athlete of the Year and was a member of the California All-State and All-Northern California Volleyball teams.
