1998: steadily improved during the course of his first collegiate season and saw increasing playing time in the latter half of the year ... actually was in the starting line-up in the season finale against Stanford when the Bears went to a four-wide receiver set ... did not catch any passes, but did gain valuable experience.

High School/Personal: Came from a very strong prep program at Loyola HS ... picked up first team Del Rey League honors as a senior after posting 40 receptions ... also was a standout prep track athlete, running on the 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams that broke school records ... posted a 48.7 time in the open 400 meters ... an excellent student who is interested in majoring in business at Cal ... parents are Kevin Currin and Teresa Bolin ... born Nov. 30, 1979 in Torrance, CA.
