AS A SENIOR (2018):
- Closed a tremendous Cal career with another impactful season, appearing in 18 games out of the bullpen.
- Went 1-0 with a 4.07 ERA in 24.1 innings pitched. Struck out 28 and limited opposing hitters to a .217 average.
- Hit his stride midway through the season and had a five-game stretch of scoreless outings from April 13 to May 1. Tossed 9.2 innings and struck out 17 during the stretch.
- Did not allow a run over his final two outings, throwing three scoreless frames at Creighton and another three at Arizona State.
- Finished his Cal career with a 12-7 record and 2.89 ERA in 88 appearances. Struck out 152 hitters in 134 innings pitched.
- At the time he graduated, ranked in Cal's career top 10 in appearances and saves.
- Earned Pac-12 All-Academic honors for the third year in a row, securing the award every year he was eligible.
AS A JUNIOR (2017):
- Enjoyed another season as one of the Pac-12's top closers and proved to be one of the conference's more versatile relievers as he went 5-4 with a 3.11 ERA and six saves in 24 appearances
- Led the Bears in wins and saves and ranked fourth in the conference in saves
- Finished the year tied for sixth on Cal's all-time saves list with 15
- Named to both the preseason and midseason Stopper of the Year watch list by the NCBWA
- Earned saves against Cal Poly, Pepperdine, Oregon, Arizona State, USC and San Francisco
- Delivered one of the most memorable relief outings of the year with 4.2 innings on April 29 at Washington. Earned the victory in Cal's 7-3 win
- Added two more impressive stints of long relief down the stretch, starting with four scoreless innings in Cal's 5-3 victory over No. 7 Stanford on May 15. Earned his fifth win of the year eight days later with 3.1 innings of one-run ball at No. 15 Arizona
- Held opponents to a .214 batting average
AS A SOPHOMORE (2016):
- Appeared in 24 games for the Bears, second-most on the team, and all came in relief
- Finished the season with a team-best eight saves, sixth-best in the Pac-12. The eight saves also tied for ninth-best in a single season by a Cal pitcher
- On April 23 vs. Arizona, pitched a season-high five innings and set a season-high with seven strikeouts
- Posted a 3.13 ERA, third-lowest on the team
- Finished the season with a 2.6 k/BB ratio
AS A FRESHMAN (2015):
- Was 3-1 with a team-best 1.56 ERA and had 40 strikeouts in 34.2 innings of relief
- Struck out eight Anteaters in the second game of a doubleheader on Feb. 21 against UC Irvine in 3.1 innings of work
- Earned his first career win with a three inning shutout performance on March 7 vs. Chicago State
- Made three relief appearances during the College Station Regional (4.0 IP, 1 R, 0 ER, 4 K's), including a win on May 30 vs. Texas A&M
HIGH SCHOOL/PERSONAL:
- Was a Perfect Game 2013 Underclass Honorable Mention selection out of South Hills High School
- As a junior was 9-2, earning first-team All-Sierra League honors and was an Academic All-League selection
- Undeclared major with an interest in being an orthopedic surgeon
