AS A SENIOR (2018):

• Made two appearances in his final collegiate season, tossing two innings without allowing an earned run.
• Worked a scoreless inning in a win over Cal St. Bakersfield on Feb. 24. Also pitched an inning at Stanford on April 27 and allowed an unearned run.

AS A JUNIOR (2017):

• Appeared in one game out of the bullpen for the Bears.
• Made his Cal debut on April 11 at Saint Mary's and recorded one out against the Gaels.

PREVIOUS SCHOOL: 

• Played at Oregon State in 2014 and 2015 before transferring to Cal
• Had a 3.68 ERA as a freshman (2014) with no decisions and was 1-1 with a 2.76 ERA as a sophomore (2015)
• Was an honor roll student in both years in Corvallis, and was on the Dean's List in 2014 as a freshman

• Attended St. Mary's Catholic High School where he also played three years of varsity football
• During his last two years at St. Mary's, went 20-1
• As a senior was 10-1 with a 1.03 ERA with 108 strikeouts, and offensively hit .405 with three homers and 16 RBI
• As a junior was 10-0 with a 1.37 ERA with 114 strikeouts and offensively hit .495 with six home runs and 39 RBI
• Was a three-time BSAL/TCAL Pitcher of the Year (2011-13), was a First Team All-State selection as a utility player, All-League (2011-13) and was named his team's MVP in 2012 for the Panthers
• Was a First Team All-League Selection as a quarterback (2012), Second Team All-League (2011) and was named Team MVP both of those seasons
• Graduated Magna Cum Laude and was on the honor roll all four years of high school
• Played for the La Crosse Loggers in Summer Ball (Wisc.) in the summer of 2015
• History major
• After he is finished playing baseball, would like to become a teacher or a baseball coach
• Best sports moment was when he won NCS during his senior year of high school
• Enjoys jet-skiing and being around family and friends
• Parents are Paul and Ann Flemer
• Father is a history professor at Saint Mary's College
• Brother, Matt, played baseball at Cal ('12) and currently plays professionally in the Colorado Rockies system (Hartford Yard Goats, AA)
