2018: Competed in one meet for the Bears as she took 36th place at the USF Invitational crossing the lin ein 23:08.2. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Named valedictorian of her high school graduating class... Four-time state qualifier in cross country... Three-time Metro League cross country champion... Two-time Metro League Champion in the 1600m and 3200m... Won the section championship in the 1600m (2017) and the 3200m (2018)... Three-time team MVP for cross country and two-time team MVP in track & field.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Cheri Nelson and Mark Nowag...Undeclared major... Also played soccer for the Davis Legacy who were ranked first in the country.
