2024 (Outdoor): Raced in eight meets for the Bears… at the Pac-12 Championships, posted a personal-best time of 47.03 in the 400m and ran the third leg of a 4x400m relay squad that scored for Cal with a time of 3:10.35… ran the 400m in 47.59 and the 200m in 21.52 at the Mt. SAC Relays… posted a wind-legal personal best of 21.51 in the 200m at the Stanford Invitational… at the Aztec Invitational, ran the 400m in 47.99.

2024 (Indoor): Competed in one meet… at the New Mexico Team Open, ran the 400m in 48.67.

2023 (Outdoor): Raced in six meets for the Bears… acted as the second leg in the 4x400m relay at the NCAA West Preliminary, contributing to a time of 3:08.26… ran the second leg of the 4x400m relay that combined for a time of 3:06.54, fifth-best in the conference that season, at the Mt. SAC Relays… ran a personal-best 48.35 in the 400m at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational.

2023 (Indoor): Raced in two meets for the Bears… at the Don Kirby Elite Invitational, ran the second leg of a 4x400m relay that broke the all-time program record at 3:12.94… also posted a personal-best 400m time of 48.22 at that meet… finished the 200m in 21.84 and the 400m in 48.31 at the New Mexico Team Open.

2022 (Outdoor): Raced in 10 meets for the Bears… ran the second leg of the 4x400m relay at the NCAA West Preliminary, finishing in a combined 3:09.21… posted a personal-best 400m time of 48.56 at the Pac-12 Championships, where he also ran 3:07.20 with the 4x400m relay squad to win the section… at the Big Meet, ran the 400m in 49.05… set a new personal record in the 200m dash at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational with his time of 21.81… ran the 400m in 49.03 at the Aztec Invitational, where he also acted as the third leg of the winning 4x400m relay squad (3:12.93).

2022 (Indoor): Appeared in one meet for Cal… ran a personal-best 49.83 in the 400m dash at the Pac-12 Invitational.

2021: Competed in four outdoor meets… set a new personal record in the 400m dash with a time of 50.23 at the Big Meet… also ran the 200m dash in 22.37 that day… set a new personal best in the 200m dash at the Cal-USC Dual, finishing the race in 22.77… at the Stanford Invitational, finished the 200m dash in 23.47.

HIGH SCHOOL: 2019-20 Cypress Bay High School Varsity Track & Field Team Captain… Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) Junior Olympian from 2017-19… reached the 2019 Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) Regional 4 Finals in the 4x100m relay after taking first in the event with his squad at the FHSAA 4A District 14 Championships… the previous year, reached the District 14 finals in the 4x100m and 4x400m relays, advancing to Regionals in the latter after finishing third… in 2017, finished third in the 100m dash at the AAU Region 10 Qualifier, also competing in the 200m dash and the long jump… also played football for the Lightning… graduated with honors and a 4.7 GPA… member of West Express Elite, where he broke club records in the 100m, 200m and 400m dashes… contributed to several clubs, including Helping Adults with Autism Perform and Excel (HAAPE) and Helping Under-Privileged Schools and Hospitals (HUSH).
