2019: Did not compete. 

2018: Second team All-American... Placed 12th in the 5000m at the NCAA Indoor Championship with a time of 16:18.51... Took fourth place in the 3000m at the MPSF Indoor Championships with a time of 9:07.01... Won the 5000m at the UW Invitational with a personal best mark of 15:45.95... Did not compete during the outdoor season... Pac-12 All-Academic Honorable Mention... MPSF Scholar-Athlete... USTFCCCA All-Academic Team. 

2017: Qualified for the NCAA Championship with a time of 34:41.74 and a seventh-place finish at the NCAA West Prelims... Did not run at the NCAA Championship... Placed third at the Pac-12 Championship with a personal best 10,000m time of 33:30.13... Took second place at the Brutus Hamilton Challenge with a time of 4:20.64... During the indoor season, took second in the 5000m at the UW Invitational with a time of 16:15.54. 

2016: One of the top distance runners in school history … completed the 2016 season ranked fourth all-time at Cal in the 5000m with a time of 15:52.91 … time came during a victory in her section at the Stanford Invitational … finished third in the 5000m at the Pac-12 Championships (16:14.10) and just missed advancing to NCAA nationals after taking 13th at the regional meet (16:26.34) … during the indoor season, set the Cal indoor record in the mile with her time of 4:39.70 at the Husky Classic … finished ninth in the 3000m at the NCAA indoor meet in 9:09.79 … the MPSF runner-up at 3000m (PR 9:08.77) and helped Cal’s distance medley relay to a conference title.

2015: Set Cal top 10 marks in the 1500 meters (4:19.60), 10,000 meters (34:17.95) and DMR (11.27.31)... Took 16th in the 5000m with a time of 16:22.08 at the NCAA Championship... Qualified for the NCAA Championship with a second place finish in the 5000m at the NCAA West Prelims... Finished ninth at the Pac-12 Championship with a 10,000m mark 34:17.95... Won the 5000m competition at the Mt. Sac Relays with a team of 16:05.93. 

CROSS COUNTRY
2018: Did not compete. 

2017: Named USTFCCA All-American... Cal's top runner in all five meets she competed in for the Bears this season... Began her season with a 5th place finish at Notre Dame Invitational... Followed with an 8th place performance at the compettiveWisconsin Nuttycombe Invitational...Placed 10th at both Pac-12 Championships (19:13.1) and NCAA West Regionals (19:43.9)... Led the Bears at the NCAA National Championships, placing 23rd overall (20:02.52)... Named a Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention for the second year in a row... Earned a spot on the All-Pac-12 second team... USTFCCCA All-Academic team.

2016: Cal’s top runner in all six of her races in 2016, including five results among the top 10 … named first-team All-Pac-12 … qualified as an individual for the NCAA Championships, where she placed 89th in a field of 250 … took seventh at the Pac-12 Championships and eight at NCAA regionals … also finished eighth at the Pre-Nationals meet in Indiana and third at the Joe Piane meet at Notre Dame … named Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention.

2015: Compete in two meets during the season and won both of them... Took first at the San Francisco XC Invitational with a time of 17:29.1... Won the Roy Griak Invitational with a 6K mark of 20:53.8.

2014: Named a USTFCCCA Cross Country All-American... Took 25th at the NCAA Cross Country Championship with a time of 20:30.0... Placed fourth in the NCAA West Region Championship with a time of 19:59.6... Claimed a third-place finish at the Pac-12 Championship with a time of 20:17.0... Took fifth at the ISU Pre-National Invitational with a time of 20:51.3.

HIGH SCHOOL: Broke the national record in the two-mile race, recording a time of 9:53.54 in the Brooks PR Invitational at Renton Memorial Stadium in Seattle this past June… Standout at Northwood High School where she was a three-year MVP for both the cross country and track teams… Holds the school records in the 3200m, 1600m and 800m… Cross country state champion in 2013 and state champion in the 3200m in track last spring… Named Orange County Female Track and Field Athlete of the Year as a senior by the Orange County Register… Also competed in the Nike Cross Nationals in 2012 and 2013… Played on the Northwood HS varsity soccer team as a sophomore… A British citizen who grew up in Bristol, England before moving to the United States.

PERSONAL: Graduated with a degree in interdisciplinary studies.
