2023: Competed in three meets for the Bears...set a personal record in the 8k with a 25:38.6 mark at the season-opening USF Invite... Pac-12 Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2022: Did not compete.

TRACK & FIELD
2025: Raced in four outdoor meets… posted a 5000m time of 14:38.91 at the Hornet Invitational… finished the 3000m in 8:46.39 at the Cal Opener... ACC Academic Honor Roll.

2024: Competed in five outdoor meets for the Bears… ran the 3000m steeplechase in 10:04.94 at the 129th Big Meet… won the 5000m at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational with a time of 15:01.73… posted times of 2:01.18 (800m) and 4:04.49 (1500m) at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic... Pac-12 Spring and Winter Academic Honor Roll selection.

2023: Did not compete.

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in both cross country and track & field at Loyola HS...3rd-place finish in Mission League in 1600m, 5th in 3200m in 2022 League Championships...Finished in the top fifth of CIF State Championships...Member of Los Angeles Cubs club team where he was named an All-American and took 2nd in the nation at 2021 Nike Outdoor Nationals.

PERSONAL: Majoring in legal studies... 2025-26 president of Cal's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee... son of Krista and Robin Bissell... mother competed in gymnastics at Fresno State... brother Shane is a Cal cross country and track & field alumnus.
