2019: Competed in six meets during the outdoor season… Finished third in the 800m at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational with a time of 1:51.59… Took 16th at the Pac-12 Championship with a time of 1:52.43… A member of 4x400 relay that took first at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational with a time of 3:21.80.

2018: Did not compete. 

2017:  Took first place at the Cal Opener with a 1500m time of 3:52.58... Helped the 4x400m relay team to a second place finish at the Cal Opener with a time of 3:21.79... Took sixth place in the 800m at the MPSF Championship as he recorded a time of 1:51.27. 

2016: Did not compete. 

2015: Recorded an 800m PR at the Pac-12 Championship as he took sixth place with a time of 1:49.64... Set a personal best n the 1500m with a time of 3:48.66 and took fourth place at the Payton Jordan Invitational. Took first place in the 800m at the Brutus Hamilton Challenge with a time of 1:50.08... Helped the DMR team to a second place finish and the 4x400m relay team to a eighth place finish at the MPSF Championship. 

CROSS COUNTRY
2018: Competed in one meet for the Bears during the 2018 season... Took fourth place at the USF Invitational as he helped the Bears to the team victory by completing the 8K in 24:58.3. 

2017: Did not compete. 

2016: Did not finish a race, competing in only the USF Invitational. 

2015: Competed in four meets for Cal during the 2015 cross country season... Took 26th at the USF Invitational with a time of 26:08.3... Took 13th at the Capital Cross Challenge with a time of 25:12.9... Took 15th at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational with a personal best time of 24:28.3... Finished 74th at the Pac-12 Championship with a time of 25:52.9. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Placed fourth in the California state meet in the 800-meters with a PR time of 1:51.84 ... Had a spectacular double win at the Southern Section CIF Division 2 Championships in the 800-meters (1:51.86) and 1600-meters (4:06.71) ... Improved his 1600 time by over 16 seconds from his junior season.

PERSONAL: Majoring in sociology.
