2021 (Outdoor): Competed in five outdoor meets... set the season's 10th-best time in the Pac-12 with 9:03.41 in the 3k steeplechase at the Stanford Invitational, good for third place in the event... at the Aztec Invitational, came in sixth in the 1500m run with a personal-best time of 3:55.35... named to the 2021 Pac-12 Spring Academic Honor Roll.

2019 (Penn State): Set a personal best of 15:10.34 in the 5,000-meters at the 2019 Big Ten Championships ... Clocked a new personal record time of 8:54.48 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Penn Relays ... Recorded a new career-best time of 3:45.71 in the 1,500-meters at the Bison Outdoor Classic to take fifth-place ... Took 39th in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the NCAA East Regional with a time of 9:21.04.
