Freshman (2008): Clocked a personal-best time of 3:56.22 in the 1500 at the Sacramento State Elite Meet, and a season-best time of 1:54.37 in the 800 at the Hornet Invitational.

High School: While attending Carlmont High School, was named MVP in 2005-06...won the distance medley relay at the Mount SAC Invitational and the Stanford Invitational...also at the 2007 Mount SAC Invitational, won the 4xMile relay and the distance sweepstakes...personal bests include, 1:54.39 in the 800 and 4:23 in the mile...made honor roll every year in high school.

Personal: Born Oct. 4, 1988, in San Mateo, Calif....parents are Mike and Tami Palladino...has three brothers and a sister...undeclared major.
