2016: Finished 13th in the mile at the 2016 MPSF indoor meet with a time of 4:08.48 … led the Bears in the 5000m, going 14:16.23 … also posted an indoor mile time of 4:08.32 and posted a time of 8:45.83 in the 3000m … earned Pac 12 Honorable Mention All-Academic … during the fall of 2016, took 63rd in the Pac-12 cross country meet … later finished 79th at NCAA West Regionals, helping the Bears qualify for nationals, and 247th at the NCAA Championships.

2016 Cross Country: Competed in five meets for the Bears in the 2016 season … … started his junior campaign with an 11th place finish in the 8k at the San Francisco Invitational...posted back-to-back top-80 finishes at the Pac-12 Championships (63rd) and NCAA West Regionals (79th)...placed in top 300 runners at NCAA Division 1 Cross Country Championships. 

2015: Did not compete during the indoor season ... Made his collegiate debut at the California Outdoor Opener with a second place finish in the 3000-meters (8:32.96) ... Clocked a time of 3:55.38 in the 1500-meters at the Sacramento State Hornet Open on 3/21 ... Ran the 5000-meters in 15:26.41 at the Brutus Hamilton in Berkeley.

High School: Los Angeles city section double winner in both the 1600-meters and 3200-meters and has a PR in the 1600 with a mark of 4:14.91 ... Also won the 3200-meters at the Mt. SAC high school Invitational with a PR of 9:07.84 ... Superior mile PR of 4:14.02 was set at the Arcadia Invitational.

Personal: Also competes on the cross country team.
