Biography

INTERNATIONAL SUCCESS

  • Representing her home country of Spain, reached the semifinals of the 200m breast at the 2015 World Championships, where she finished 16th (2:25.52); also took 22nd in the 100m qualifying round (1:07.97)
  • Placed fifth in the 200m breast (2:24.96) at the 2014 European Championships in BerlinTop of Form
  • At the 2013 FINA World Championships in Barcelona, reaching the finals in both the 100m breast (7th, 1:07.08) and 200m breast (6th, 2:23.55); also placed 10th in the 50m breast (31.24) and 10th with the 400m medley relay
  • At the 2012 European Short-Course Championships, earned a silver medal in the 200m breast at with a time of 2:20.57, while she also claimed bronze in the 100m breast (1:05.82)
