Personal/Previous: Joined the Cal women’s tennis program as a team manager in the fall of 2015…a Cal sophomore, Yates has several relatives who have attended Cal, including her parents, Chris and Susan Yates, uncle and former Cal men’s tennis player Tom Ross, and cousin Peter Ross…played varsity tennis for four years at the Branson School, winning individual and team championships while playing in the Marin County Athletic League.
