David Secor has served as Senior Associate Athletic Director / Chief Financial Officer at Cal since July 2013. He brings more than three decades of experience in the University of California System and 13 years of experience as an Athletics Chief Financial Officer.

Secor’s primary responsibility is to provide fiduciary oversight and daily management of business and finance. Acting as the key steward of Cal Athletics’ financial resources, Secor offers alignment and collaboration with campus partners in business and finance. He also manages human resources, information systems and technology and equipment management.

Secor is well versed with the UC system and with athletics with 12 years of experience as UCLA’s Senior Associate Athletic Director and Chief Financial Officer, before serving as the Director of Financial Services for UCLA Capital Programs from 2010 through 2013.

He resides with his spouse, Brandon Leger, in Berkeley.
