MORAGA, Calif. - The No. 20 California women's soccer team defeated Boise State, 2-0, Sunday afternoon at Saint Mary's College. The Golden Bears improve to 5-1-0 while the Broncos fall to 3-3-0. Cal finished the weekend 2-0 at the Saint Mary's Fall Soccer Classic.

Cal did not wait long to score - sophomore forward Lisa Kevorkian put one through in the 12th minute. Kevorkian went one-on-one with the keeper and took a shot from eight yards thanks to an assist from freshman midfielder Katrin Omarsdottir. The goal was Kevorkian's sixth of the season, which is first on the team.

Freshman forward Camellia Senemar distanced Cal in the second half with her first goal as a Golden Bear. Sophomore forward Alex Morgan dished Senemar the ball, who had the one-touch goal from six yards.

Morgan and Senemar each had a team-high four shots while freshman defender/forward Miranda White had a game-high two shots on goal. Junior goalie Rosie Aguilera grabbed three saves in the box. The Bears limited Boise State to just three shots on goal.

Cal had four players named to the All-Tournament Team, which was the highest number of all four teams. Katherine Daiss, Lisa Kevorkian, Katie Oakes and Camellia Senemar were all named to the team. 

Cal travels to Texas next weekend to play Texas A&M on Friday and Texas on Sunday.
