As a FRESHMAN, Gaffen entered her first match on Sept. 11, against Eastern Washington and appeared in 33 sets through 16 matches for the Bears... recorded a career-high six kills in two matches: Sept. 11, versus Eastern Washington (6k, 1e, 11att, .455), and Sept. 12, versus San Jose State (6k, 1e, 12att, .417)... earned career-high five total blocks against San Francisco, Sept. 19... ranked third on the team in blocks (0.91 bps).
