ARLINGTON, Va. – The Cal volleyball team won the first two sets against Air Force on Saturday only to see the Falcons come back to take the final three and the Bears suffered a 21-25, 22-25, 25-21, 25-22, 15-13 victory in their final match of the Service Academy Challenge.

Saturday's match was played at the Ft. Myer Fitness Center, nearby the Pentagon. Cal opened play in the tournament by defeating Harvard and Army in matches Friday that were played inside the Pentagon.

The Bears held an 11-7 lead in the fifth set. After the Falcons came back to take a 13-11 lead, Cal scored two in a row to tie the set. But Air Force was able to close it out.

The Bears (5-4) return home next weekend to host Saint Mary's on Friday and Pacific on Saturday at Haas Pavilion. Both matches begin at 7 p.m.
