Melina Moore and Maddie Cleat also scored in the opener.

The RedHawks will wrap up a three-game California road trip against the Bears after opening the weekend with a 3-1 win over Pacific on Thursday evening. Miami also plays another of Cal's America East rivals on Saturday against UC Davis.
