As a team, we have been outraged by the senseless murders of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery, Sean Reed, and countless other Black men, women, and children who have been wrongfully killed as a result of racism in this country.

We have Black individuals on our team directly affected by the events unfolding right before our eyes, and we want the Cal Volleyball program to stand with them as well as with our fellow student-athletes against bigotry.

As a collective group, we feel that our program must stand in solidarity with Black lives matter.

Being an ally doesn't stop with spreading awareness, it includes taking tangible action and spreading ways to actively combat racism. We've provided a link below that offers ways to donate, support, and sign petitions.
