Bears Face No. 6 Bruins In Three-Game Set At Easton Stadium
BERKELEY --Â California wraps up regular season action with a trip to Los Angeles for the final Pac-12 series of the year against No. 6 UCLA at Easton Stadium. The three-game series will be carried live on the Pac-12 Networks with Anne Marie Anderson on the call. Â Â
The Bears (28-24-1) head into the series at 8-13 in conference play after taking two out of three games from then-No. 25 Arizona last week, the first time Cal has earned a series win against the Wildcats since 2013. The Bruins (40-8) lost the series at then-No. 11 Arizona State last weekend in Tempe and sit in second-place in the conference standings.

- Makena Smith leads the team with a .421 batting average, the third-best mark in the Pac-12, while her 12 home runs are eighth, even while missing 13 games due to injury.
- Smith has recorded a hit in 32 of 40 games played this season and is second on the team with 36 RBI.
- Tatum Anzaldo has been swinging a hot bat all season and leads the conference in hits with 72. Anzaldo is hitting .391 on the season and has scored 35 runs.
- Acacia Anders was named the Pac-12 Freshman of the Week on March 21 after hitting two home runs in the series against UW, including a walk off shot on Saturday to secure Cal's first win over Washington since the 2016 season.
- Anders is second in the conference among freshmen with 55 hits on the season and is third on the squad with eight home runs.
- Sona Halajian has been the definition of a two-way player all season. She is tied for second in the conference with 18 wins in the circle and is third on the team with a .362 batting average while leading the team in RBI at 43.
