HONOLULU - The California women's tennis team's 14th-ranked doubles duo of Hannah Viller Moeller and Mao Mushika won its second match of the Weinman Foundation Invitational, defeating Florida State's 48th-ranked Maelie Monfils and Ellie Schoppe, 6-2, on Friday at the UH Tennis Complex. The Golden Bears posted 11 victories in all on their second day at Hawaii's annual tournament.
 
Also in doubles, the Cal pair of Valentina Ivanov and Katja Wiersholm bested FSU's Chiara Di Genova and Cade Cricchio, 6-4, Jessica Alsola and Berta Passola Folch knocked off the Seminoles' 43rd-ranked Vic Allen and Millie Bissett, 6-3, and Lan Mi and Tiziana-Marie Schomburg beat Hawaii's Isabella Pampulov and Kaitlyn Ralar, 6-0.
 
Ivanov added a 6-2, 6-3 win over Florida State's Anna Arkadianou, Mushika beat Bissett, 3-6, 6-4, 6-2, Passola Folch upended FSU's Laura Putz, 6-2, 6-2, Mi defeated Di Genova, 7-5, 6-1, Schomburg beat Cricchio, 6-2, 4-6, 6-0, Cami Brown defeated BYU's Avery Pope, 7-6(4), 6-2, and Makenna Thiel topped Monfils, 6-3, 6-7(3), 6-2, in singles.
 
The Weinman Foundation Invitational concludes Sunday.
