The California lacrosse team is set to open its inaugural season in the Atlantic Coast Conference at UC Davis on Feb. 8.

The Golden Bears open their home slate with the first of four consecutive games at California Memorial Stadium on Feb. 14 against USC before playing their first conference game on Feb. 22 vs. Louisville.

Cal plays its inaugural ACC road game at Pittsburgh on March 8. Other home contests in conference include Virginia (March 1), Notre Dame (March 13), Syracuse (April 5) and Stanford (April 17).

The Bears enter their third season under head coach Jennifer Wong after equaling the most program wins (5) since 2019 in each of Wong's first two seasons at the helm.

Wong won each of her first two regular season openers (at Lindenwood in 2023, vs. Akron in 2024) to make her only the second Cal head coach to ever be victorious in back-to-back season openers.

Cal returns senior Kennedy Mason, who finished third on the squad in 2024 with 21 goals and fourth with 27 points, while junior Josie Liliquist returns after putting up 28 points a season ago, the third-most on the team.

Annette Ciupek, Callan Fritsch, Kalena Johnson, Clara Page and Courtney Wong also return after starting all 15 games for the Bears in 2024.
