HISTORIC SWEEP - Cal made history Sunday by completing a three-game sweep of
No. 14/23/14 [GV1]Â Stanford with a 6-5 victory in 10 innings at Klein Field at Sunken Diamond. The sweep marked the first time Cal has swept a three-game road series against the Cardinal in recorded history and the first time the Bears swept the Cardinal in a three-game set since taking three straight in Berkeley in 1992.

FOUR-GAME WIN STREAK - Cal's current four-game win streak, which started last Tuesday at Saint Mary's and continued with the series sweep of Stanford, is its longest of the 2025 season. Cal has outscored its opponents 45-19 during the streak and have totaled 58 hits, with at least 11 in each game as well as a season-high-tying 17 at Saint Mary's. The Bears are hitting .372 with seven homers and 43 RBI over the four games.

FRENCH ON FIRE - Jacob French, who turns 20 today (Monday), is hitting .647 (11-17) with two doubles, three triples and five RBI during Cal's current four-game hit streak.
