The California football program and NBC Sports Bay Area have reached an agreement on a season-long weekly television show set to premiere Sept. 4 at 5:30 p.m. PT.
 
Inside Cal Football will be an in-depth look inside the program and will feature footage from previous matchups, player features, interviews with Travers Family Head Football Coach Justin Wilcox, General Manager Ron Rivera, assistant coaches and players while looking ahead towards upcoming opponents.
 
The 30-minute show will debut new episodes every Thursday at 5:30 p.m. before pregame shows begin for the San Francisco Giants and Golden State Warriors throughout the football season. The show will also be replayed at various times on Friday and Saturday before kickoff.
 
There will not be a show during the weeks that the Golden Bears have a bye week.
 
For Bear fans who don't have access to NBC Sports Bay Area, Inside Cal Football will be shared on CalBears.com and Cal Athletics' YouTube page every Saturday morning following a new episode.
 
NBC Sports Bay Area is available across Northern California, Nevada, Southern Oregon and Hawaii, and is the television home of MLB's San Francisco Giants, NBA's Golden State Warriors and NBA G-League's Santa Cruz Warriors, and is the official regional sports network of the San Francisco 49ers.
