The California baseball team will host its annual "For the Love of the Game" gala on Jan. 31 at the University Club at California Memorial Stadium. It will be a celebration of the past, present and future of the program as the Golden Bears get ready to enter the 2026 season.
 
Reservations, ticketing and sponsorship information, and programming details can be found on the event's sign up page. The last day to purchase tickets is Jan. 20.
 
In addition to a cocktail reception and dinner, an auction, and a panel of guest speakers, the Bears will also pay homage to the late great Bob Milano, who served as the program's head coach from 1978-1999 and guided Cal to three College World Series appearances. The panel will consist of Bears who played under Milano.
