2018: Competed in the 5000m (29th) and the 3000m steeplechase (20th) at the Pac-12 Championships... Recorded a mile time of 4:12.69 as he took seventh at the Brutus Hamilton Challenge... Took third in the 3000m steeplechase at The Big meet with a time of 9:12.70... Pac-12 All-Academic Honorable Mention.

2017: Claimed sixth place at the Pac-12 Championship with a time of 9:04.33 in the 3000m steeplechase... Won the steeplechase competition at the Big Meet... Took ninth in the San Francisco State Distance Carnival with a steeplechase time of 9:04.77...Posted a mile time of 4:19.27 at the Huscky Classic during the indoor season... Posted a 40th place finish at the MPSF Indoor Championship with a 3000m makr of 8:41.66.

2016: An honorable mention Pac-12 All-Academic choice in both track & field and cross country … Finished 12th in the 300m steeplechase at the Pac-12 Championships (9:09.48) … Also competed in the 5000m at Pac-12s, placing 33rd in 14:49.47.

2015: Competed in the 3000m Steeplechase at the Brutus Hamilton Challenge as he placed 10th with a mark of 9:36.67. 

CROSS COUNTRY
2017: Competed in four meets for the Bears in 2017... Recorded his best finish at the USF Invitational, earning 49th place (28:10.9)... Placed 74th overall at the Pac-12 Championships.

2016: Competed in three meets for the Bears in 2016 … Earned top-20 finishes at both the San Francisco Invitational (19th) and the Capital Cross Challenge (19th)...Named Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention.

2015: Placed 5th in the Capital Cross Challenge with an 8K time of 25:00.5... Took 21st at the San Francisco XC Invitational... Notched a 33rd place finish at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational with a time of 24:45.2. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Placed second at the Washington state 3A meet in the 1600-meters with a mark of 4:09.60 ... Also won the 2,000-meter steeplechase at the Oregon-Washington Border Duel in 6:01.30 ... His PR in the 800-meters is 1:54.23 and also was a seventh place finisher at the Washington state 3A cross country championship.
