2018: Made her debut for the Bears with a 63rd place finish at the USF Invitational where she crossed the line in 24:16.7.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Linn-Mar HS in Marion, IA...Multiple state championships during track career (4 in 3000 meters, 4 in 1500 meters, 3 in 800 meters); earned several Drake Relay championships (4 in 3000 & 1500, 2 in 800)...Two-time Gatorade Iowa Player of the Year (2012-13, 2014-15)...All-American honors at Foot Locker Nationals from 2013-15...Holds school records in the 400 hurdles, 1500, 800, and 3000...Holds PRs of 4:40.78 (1600), 2:09.18 (800), 1:05.39 (400 hurdles), 9:29.67 (3000), and 16:37.5 (5000; indoor state record)...Competed on the Youth Olympic Triathlon team in 2014...Finished in the top two with the Pan Am Triathlon team in 2013 (2nd) and 2014 (1st)...Member of the World Triathlon team in 2013 and 2014...Competed at World Junior Championships in 2014...Also excelled in swimming, lettering for three years and earning all-state honors in 2014
 
PERSONAL: Parents are Michael and Deborah Jenks...Has one younger sister, Jennifer...Enjoys reading, running,swimming and spending time with friends/teammates.
