2018: Did not compete due to injury... Pac-12 All-Academic Honorable Mention.

2017: Part of the MPSF Championship winning team on the distance medley relay as the squad posted a time of 9:34.11... Took sixth place in the 800m at the UW Invitational with a time of 1:51.07 during the indoor season... Took first place in both the 800m and the 4x400m relay at The Big Meet... Took fifth at the Stanford Invitational with an 800m time of 1:50.54... Claimed eighth place in the mile at the Brutus Hamilton Challenge as he posted a time of 4:07.46. 

2016: Received a redshirt as he only competed in two meets during the outdoor season... Led Cal during the outdoor season in both the 800m (1:47.24) and 1500m (3:44.76) … 800 time puts him No. 7 on Cal’s all-time performers list … set the Cal indoor record in the 800m at MPSF Championships when he finished fourth in 1:48.55 … also led the Bears at 600m (1:18.94).

2015: Made his indoor season debut at the New Mexico Team Invite, finishing fourth in the 600m(1:22.65) and helped the men's 4x400m relay place seventh (3:18.99) ... finished seventh in the 800m (1:49.82) and helped the distance medley relay clock the fourth best performance on Cal's All-Time Performers List (9:33.81) to place second at the MPSF Championships in Seattle ... won the 800m at the Sacramento State Hornet Invitational (1:49.96) and also ran the 1500-meters in 3:53.97 ... Captured the title in the 800m at the Tri Meet against Michigan and Virginia in Berkeley in 1:49.17, which at the time was a PR ... Won the 800-meters at the Big Meet on the campus of Stanford (1:48.98) ... Improved on his 800m time for the third consecutive meet at the Payton Jordan Invite at Stanford, finishing second (1:48.90) ... Placed fifth at the Pac-12 Championships in Los Angeles in the 800m with a time of 1:48.18 in the final, which ranks him ninth on Cal's All-Time Performers List ... Just missed qualifying for the NCAA Championships by finishing 13th at the NCAA West Prelims in Austin in the 800m (1:48.90).

2014: Did not compete during the indoor season ... Made his collegiate debut on 3/8 at the California Outdoor Opener with a second-place finish in the 800m (1:51.81) and the 4x400m relay (3:14.98) ... Placed third in the 800m at the Tri-Meet vs. Virginia and Michigan on 4/4 with a time of 1:52.18 and second in the 4x400-meters with a mark of 3:19.58 ...  covered the 800m with a time of 1:51.63 at the Big Meet on 4/12 and was part of the 4x400m relay team who placed second with a mark of 3:15.52 ... Placed seventh at the Brutus Hamilton Challenge on 4/26 in the Lon Spurrier 800m when he clocked a time of 1:51.80 and also was a part of the second place 4x400m relay team with a time of 3:16.33 ...  Finished 15th in the prelims of the Pac-12 Championships in Pullman, Wash., on 5/17 in the 800m with a time of 1:52.10.

CROSS COUNTRY
2017: Posted a time of 26:17.5 on the 8K course at the Capital Cross Challenge in his lone competition of the season. 

2016: Competed in two meets for the Bears in 2016... Took 52nd at the Capital Cross Challenge... Claimed 51st at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Bishop O'Dowd HS in Oakland, Calif.

PERSONAL: Also competes for the cross country team at Cal.
