TRACK & FIELD
2018: Recorded personal bests in the 5000m (14:53.85) and the 3000m steeplechase (9:11.27) at the Pac-12 Championship... Took ninth in the steeplechase at the Pac-12 Championship... Won the 3000m steeplechase at the Brutus Hamilton Challenge... Notched a season-best of 4:03.30 in the 1500m at the Sacramento State Hornet Invitational. 

CROSS COUNTRY
2018: Did not compete. 

2017: Competed in three meets for the Golden Bears in his first season... Started his freshman campaign with a 37th place finish at USF Invitational... Earned top-150 finishes at both the Sacramento State Capital Cross Challenge (109th, 26:20.6) and Santa Clara Bronco Invitational (136th, 26:23.4). 

HIGH SCHOOL: Part of the 2015 California State Cross Country Champions.
