2018: Recorded the 10th-best javelin throw in school history with her throw of 42.98m (141-0) at the Cardinal Classic... Finished fifth in the javelin at the Big Meet... Improved from the previous meet during five of the six javelin competitions she took part in.

HIGH SCHOOL: The top javelin thrower in the state of Arizona with a personal best of 44.12m (144-9) at the USATF Arizona State Championship in 2017... Two-time Arizona state champion in the javelin...Won all five competitions she competed in as a senior...Won the USATF Arizona Association Junior Olympic Championship...Holds the state record in Arizona for the javelin... Member of the All-Arizona and the Arizona All-City Athletic Team... Junior Olympic Track & Field Nebraska Athlete of the Year... Took second place in the javelin and seventh place in the discus in the 15/16 division at the 2015 USATF Youth Outdoor National Championship... Competed for Phoenix Bobcats Club and the Cornhusker Flyers...Also played softball and basketball in high school. 

PERSONAL: Parents are Sue and David Ahmann... Plans to major in psychology and legal studies... Intends to go to law school after graduating from Cal... Moved to Arizona after her sophomore year of high school... Member of the honor roll and graduated with distinction as she was in the top 10 percent of her graduating class at Chaparral
