2023: Competed in six outdoor meets for Cal... at the Pac-12 Championships, posted a mark of 60.43m (198-3), 17th-best in Division I that season… took second in the discus at the 128th Big Meet with his mark of 60.14m (197-4)… finished second in the discus at the 44th Aztec Invitational at 60.08m (197-1).

2022 (Outdoor): Finished seventh at the USA Track & Field (USATF) Championships in the discus with a mark of 61.42m (201-6)… First Team All-American… appeared in eight meets for Cal… finished fourth in the discus throw at the NCAA Outdoor Championships, posting a throw of 60.75m (199-4)… finished third in the NCAA West Preliminary with his discus mark of 57.95m (190-1)… took third place in the discus throw at the Pac-12 Championships, throwing 56.61m (185-9)… finished second in the discus (62.17m/204-0) and third in the shot put (17.44m/57-2.75) at the Big Meet, with the former mark coming in at fourth in program history and fourth in the Pac-12 that year… took second in the discus at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational, throwing 60.87m (199-8) while also finishing third in the shot put (17.65m/57-11)… at the Aztec Invitational, placed second in the discus with his throw of 61.09m (200-5).

2022 (Indoor): Competed in three meets for the Bears… placed fourth in the shot put at the WSU Invitational with a throw of 17.95m (58-10.75)… at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Invitational, threw the shot put 18.28m (59-11.75).

2021 (Outdoor): Second Team All-America in the discus throw… competed in six meets… at the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships, posted a discus mark of 55.72m (182-10), good for 13^th place… threw the discus 56.91m (182-10) at the NCAA West Region Preliminaries… posted the 15^th-best discus mark in Division I that season with his heave of 58.96m (193-5) at the Big Meet, which was also the fourth-best in the conference and good for first place… at the Cal-Sac State Dual, took first in the discus throw (54.72m/179-6) and second in the shot put (16.23m/53-3), the latter of which was the Pac-12’s 18^th-best mark of the season.

2021 (Indoor): Competed in two meets for the Bears… took second place in the shot put at the Air Force Collegiate Open with a throw of 17.10m (56-1.25)… at the Air Force Invitational, took second place in the shot put with a best heave of 16.84m (55-3).

2020 (Indoor): Competed in three meets for Cal… at the MPSF Indoor Track & Field Championships, posted a shot put throw of 17.78m (58-4)… took third in the shot put at the Don Kirby Elite Invitational with a mark of 18.34m (60-2)… set a new indoor shot put PR of 18.71m (61-4.75) at the New Mexico Team Open, sixth-best in school history.

2019 (Outdoor): Competed for the United States at the North American, Central American and Caribbean Athletic Association (NACAC) U23 Championships in Mexico, taking second place in the discus throw with his mark of 54.92m (180-2)… Honorable Mention All-American… competed in ten meets… posted a discus throw of 55.16m (181-0) at the NCAA Division I Outdoor Track & Field Championships… at the Pac-12 Track & Field Championships, threw the discus 56.35m (184-10) and the shot put 17.41m (57-1.5)… finished second in the shot put at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational with his mark of 16.77m (55-0.25)… took first in the discus throw at the Brutus Hamilton Open, posting a mark of 55.50m (182-1)… at the Big Meet, won the discus throw competition with a heave of 59.07m (193-9), ninth-best in school history… also took second in the shot put with his 17.26m (56-7.5) mark… at the Stanford Invitational, placed third in the discus throw after posting a mark of 55.61m (182-5)… placed second in the shot put at the Hornet Invitational with a top heave of 17.74m (58-2.5)… took first in the discus throw (55.83m/183-2) and second in the shot put (17.41m/57-1.5) at the Cal Opener.

2018 (Outdoor): Appeared in three meets for the Bears… won the discus throw and took second in the shot put with heaves of 53.28m (174-10) and 16.97m (55-8.25), respectively, at the Sacramento State Hornet Invitational… won the discus throw at the Cal Opener, posting a mark of 50.57m (165-11).

HIGH SCHOOL: 2017 California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) State Champion in the discus throw… also took fifth in the shot put at State that year… placed first in the shot put and second in the discus throw at the 2017 CIF North Coast Section (NCS) Meet of Champions… invited to the 2017 Arcadia Invitational for both the discus and shot put… reached the 2016 CIF State Championship Finals in the discus throw… took second place in both the shot put and discus throw at the 2016 CIF NCS Meet of Champions… that year, he was named Blossom Valley Athletic League (BVAL) champion in the shot put and runner-up in the discus throw… competed in both events at that year’s Arcadia Invitational… reached the 2015 CIF State Preliminaries in the discus throw after taking second in the event at the CIF NCS Meet of Champions… 2014 BVAL Discus Throw Champion and Shot Put Runner-Up.
