2022: Competed in the World U20 Championships in the shot put after winning the title at the USATF U20 Outdoor Championships with a mark of 15.55m (51-0.25)… also appeared in the discus competition at the USATF U20 Outdoor Championships… appeared in nine outdoor meets for Cal… threw the shot put 15.44m (50-8) and the discus 50.03m (164-2) at the NCAA West Preliminary… at the Pac-12 Championships, posted a shot put mark of 16.27m (53-4.5)… threw the shot put 16.23m (53-3) at the Mt. SAC Relays… posted the sixth-best U20 women’s shot put mark in the world at the Aztec Invitational, throwing 16.43m (54-2.75) recording a new Cal freshman record and moving up to No. 2 in program history… also threw a discus PR of 53.09m (174-2) at that meet… threw the shot 16.08m (52-9.25) at the Cal Opener.

HIGH SCHOOL: Qualified for the United States National Team for the 2021 World Athletics U20 Championships… holds the Katy Cinco Ranch High School records for the shot put and the discus throw, both of which are also University Interscholastic League (UIL) District 19 records… was named as the USA Today Sports Track and Field Athlete of the Year for Texas and Runner-Up for the Nation in 2021… VPYE High School Sports Magazine’s Texas Track and Field Athlete of 2021… honored as the Houston Chronicle’s 2021 Best Track and Field High School Athlete in All of Greater Houston… as a member of All American Throwers club, competed in the shot put and the discus throw at the 2021 Outdoor Nationals Presented by Nike… clinched Texas UIL 6A State Championship titles in both the discus throw and the shot put that year… her discus mark of 173-7 was top in the country in 2021… named as an All-American by the National Scholastic Athletics Foundation (NSAF) for indoor throwing in 2020… was ranked ninth in the world in the U18 women’s outdoor shot put in 2019… as a freshman (2018), took second at the UIL 6A State Championships in the discus throw… Academic All-American.

PERSONAL: Majoring in business administration with nursing prerequisites… plans to become a nursing anesthetist in addition to throwing professionally… daughter of Darren Flynt and Dagmar Pesakova, both of whom were throwers on the University of Nebraska’s track & field team… mother was also on the Czech Republic National Team.
