2023: Threw the hammer in six outdoor meets for the Bears… posted a mark of 53.63m (175-11) at the Pac-12 Championships… set a personal-best mark of 55.04m (180-7) at the 128th Big Meet… at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational, reached a distance of 53.79m (176-6)… named to the Pac-12 Spring Academic Honor Roll... Pac-12 Winter Academic Honor Roll selection.

2022: Appeared in six outdoor meets for Cal… posted a hammer throw mark of 49.14m (161-3) at the Big Meet… set a hammer PR of 50.94m (167-1) at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational… at the Cal Opener, threw the hammer 48.60m (159-5).

HIGH SCHOOL: In 2021, reached the California Interscholastic  Federation (CIF) Southern Section (SS) Division 1 Finals in the discus throw… earlier that year, took third in the shot put at the Moore League Finals… won the shot put and the discus in the Invitational Competition at the 2021 Arcadia Invitational… competed in the shot put at the 2019 CIF Southern Section Masters Meet… was the 2019 Moore League Champion in the shot put and also competed in the discus throw at the League Championships… also played basketball for Long Beach Polytechnic High School.

PERSONAL: Majoring in integrative biology with the intent of attending medical school in the future… daughter of Larry and Lilian Okoh.
