2022 (outdoor): Athletics Canada Jack W. Davis Athlete of the Year... BC Athletics Female Athlete of the Year... 2022 (Indoor): USTFCCCA First Team All-American… appeared in four meets for Cal… set a new Canadian, Pac-12 and Cal record in the weight throw at the NCAA Indoor Championships, where she posted a mark of 24.06m (78-11.25) on her final throw to win third place and hit the fourth-farthest mark in the nation that season… went undefeated in the weight throw during the regular season, including a title at the Pac-12 Invitational after throwing the weight 22.73m (74-7).
2021 (Outdoor): Represented Canada at the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo, placing fifth in the hammer throw to claim the highest-ever finish by a female Canadian hammer thrower… was a semifinalist for The Bowerman, awarded by the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) each year to the nation’s best track & field athlete… it was the first time in school history that any Cal track & field athlete had been named to The Bowerman Watch List… competed in seven meets for the Bears… broke the all-time hammer throw NCAA record (and NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships meet record) twice, with her first attempt sailing 74.97m (245-11) for the world’s eighth-best mark and her last attempt reaching 75.52m (247-9), fourth-best in the world that year and second-best in Canadian history, to claim her second straight national championship and First Team All-American honors… broke the NCAA West Outdoor Preliminary Round meet record and E.B. Cushing Stadium facility record in the hammer throw, posting a heave of 72.16m (236-9)… at the Pac-12 Outdoor Track & Field Championships, posted the second-best hammer throw in the history of the meet with her first-place 72.22m (236-11)… took first place in the Big Meet hammer throw competition (71.39m/234-3)… Pac-12 Women’s Field Athlete of the Week for Apr. 21… reached the Olympic Standard in the hammer throw at the West Coast Classic in Oregon, reaching a distance of 73.09m (239-9) that was fourth-best all-time in the NCAA and seventh-best in the world (and first place at the meet)… placed first in the hammer throw at the Cal-USC Dual with her mark of 71.16m (233-5)… named the Pac-12 Women’s Field Athlete of the Week on Apr. 6… named the USTFCCCA NCAA Division I Women’s Athlete of the Week on Apr. 5… placed first in the hammer throw (71.73m/235-4) at the Stanford Invitational.
2021 (Indoor): Competed in four meets… at the NCAA Division I Indoor Track & Field Championships, reached First Team All-American status after posting a personal-best weight throw of 22.08m (72-5.25)… that mark stands as the Canadian U-23 record, Cal record, and fourth-best in Pac-12 history, as well as the 10
th-best mark in Division I that season… won the weight throw competition (and set the school record) with a heave of 21.78m (71-5.50) at the Championships at the Peak… at the Air Force Collegiate Open, took first in the weight throw at 21.31m (69-11)… posted the second-best weight throw in school history with her first-place toss of 21.08m (69-2) at the Air Force Invitational.

2019 (Outdoor): Represented Canada at the Pan American Games… won the hammer throw contest at the Canadian Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a throw of 65.41m (214-7.2)… competed in seven meets for Cal… became Cal’s first-ever NCAA Women’s Hammer Throw Champion and earned First Team All-American Status with her mark of 71.50m (234-7) at the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships… that throw was a new Canadian U23 record and fourth-best in Canadian history, as well as the best Canadian mark in 2019… it was also an NCAA season-best and seventh-best in NCAA history while also being sixth-best in meet history and second in Pac-12 history… took first place in the hammer throw at the NCAA Division I West Region Preliminaries with her mark of 67.22m (220-6)… won the Pac-12 Hammer Throw Championship with her toss of 69.79m (229-0)… at the Brutus Hamilton Open, won the hammer throw competition with a top distance of 64.48m (211-6)… won the hammer throw contest at the Big Meet with her heave of 67.40m (221-1) and also placed second in the shot put after throwing for 13.98m (45-10.5).
2019 (Indoor): Appeared in three meets for the Bears… posted a winning mark of 21.03m (69-0) in the weight throw at the Seattle Pacific Final Qualifier… won the MPSF weight throw title after finishing with a top throw of 21.04m (69-0.5) at the MPSF Indoor Track & Field Championships… set the second-best weight throw in school history at the UW Invitational after recording a toss of 21.06m (69-1.25), good for first place at the meet.
2018 (Outdoor): Took first place in the hammer throw at the World Athletics (IAAF) U20 Championships with her toss of 64.90m (212-11)… appeared in nine meets for Cal… placed third in the hammer throw at the Pac-12 Track & Field Championships with her mark of 64.25m (210-9)… at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational, broke Cal’s all-time record and freshman record in the hammer throw, as well as the Canadian U20 record, by recording a second-place distance of 65.61m (215-3)… won the hammer throw competition at the Cardinal Classic with her heave of 64.27m (210-10)… finished atop the hammer throw competition at the Big Meet after throwing 65.28m (214-2)… placed third in the hammer throw with a best distance of 63.17m at the Stanford Invitational… earned second place in the hammer throw at the Pac-12+ vs. Big Ten Invitational with her mark of 65.02m (213-4)… won her first collegiate hammer throw competition with a top distance of 62.33m (204-6) at the Cal Opener.
2018 (Indoor): Competed in three meets for Cal… finished third in the weight throw at the MPSF Indoor Track & Field Championships, posting a top throw of 20.31m (66-7.75)… took second in the weight throw with a heave of 19.97m (65-6.25) at the UW Invitational.
HIGH SCHOOL: Won the hammer throw contest at the 2017 Pan American Under-20 Championships… placed first in the hammer throw portion of the 2017 Canadian Outdoor Track & Field U20 Championships, setting a national and meet record… earlier that year, she won the British Columbia High School Championships shot put and hammer throw competitions… owns the Oregon Relays meet record in the hammer throw, having won in both 2017 and 2015… also took second in the outdoor shot put at the 2017 Oregon Relays and first in the 2015 contest… won the 2016 Canadian U20 Hammer Throw and Outdoor Shot Put Championships… in 2015, she broke the Canadian youth and junior hammer throw records… finished second in the hammer throw at the 2015 Canadian Junior Championships after taking second in both the hammer throw and the outdoor shot put in the B.C. High School Championships… in 2014, she won the hammer throw competition at the B.C.
