2024 (Outdoor): Appeared in four outdoor meets… ran the 5000m in 19:14.12 at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational… at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic, finished the 800m in 2:31.10 and the 1500m in 5:03.82… ran the 1500m in 5:03.34 at the Cal Opener.

2023: Raced in four outdoor meets for Cal… posted a 1500m time of 4:45.91 at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic… finished the 1500m in 4:46.44 at the Cardinal Classic.

HIGH SCHOOL: Part of the Rio Hondo League Cross Country Championship-winning team in 2018... earned an eighth-place finish at 2021 California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) - South Section (SS) Finals... 2020-21 Rio Hondo League runner-up... named Most Valuable Runner in on her cross country team in 2018, 2019 & 2021... named Most Valuable Distance Runner in on her track & field team in 2019.

PERSONAL: Majoring in interdisciplinary studies... daughter of Samantha Shew and David Morrow... father David attended Cal and graduated in 1990... aunt Katherine Morrow and grandfather Ronald Morrow also both graduated from Cal in 1997 and 1963, respectively.
