2024 (Outdoor): Second-Team All-American… raced in 10 meets for the Bears… helped the 4x100m relay squad to a school-record time of 38.90 at the NCAA Outdoor Championships… at the NCAA West Preliminary, posted a combined time of 39.28 in the 4x100m relay… scored for the Bears at the Pac-12 Championships with the 4x400m relay squad, which ran a time of 3:10.35… broke a meet record with the 4x100m squad at the 129th Big Meet with a time of 39.46, also running the 100m in 10.39 and the 200m in 21.28… at the Mt. SAC Relays, posted a 200m PR of 21.13… ran the sixth-fastest 100m time in program history at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational (10.37)… helped the 4x100m relay team to a time of 39.31 at the Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays… USTFCCCA All-Academic.

2024 (Indoor): Appeared in two meets… ran a personal-best 6.84 in the 60m at the Don Kirby Invitational… ran the 200m in 21.57 at the New Mexico Team Open.

2023 (Outdoor): Raced in seven meets for Cal… ran the 200m in 21.38 at the Pac-12 Championships… won the 200m at the 128th Big Meet with a time of 21.31 and ran the second leg of the winning 4x100m relay that finished the race in 39.98… ran a personal-best winning time of 21.25 in the 200m at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational… posted a 100m time of 10.60 and a 200m time of 21.57 at the Cardinal Classic… named to the Pac-12 Spring Academic Honor Roll.

2023 (Indoor): Appeared in three meets for the Bears… at the Ken Shannon Last Chance Invitational, finished the 60m in 6.99 and the 200m in 21.96… ran the 60m in 6.93, a personal best, and the 200m in 21.53 at the Don Kirby Elite Invitational... Pac-12 Winter Academic Honor Roll selection.

2022 (Outdoor): Appeared in eight meets for the Bears… acted as the second leg of the 4x100m relay squad at the Pac-12 Championships, where they posted a combined 39.91… finished the 4x100m relay in 39.91 with his teammates at the Big Meet, which tied for the seventh-fastest result in program history… also set a wind-legal personal-best 100m time of 10.56 at that meet… ran a wind-aided 10.53 in the 100m dash at the Mt. SAC Relays, where he also posted a time of 21.50 in the 200m dash… won the 200m race at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational with his personal-best time of 21.30… Pac-12 Spring Academic Honor Roll.

2022 (Indoor): Appeared in five meets for the Bears… finished the 200m dash in 21.80 at the Pac-12 Invitational… placed third in the 200m dash at the Don Kirby Elite Invitational with his time of 21.49, sixth-fastest in Cal history… at the WSU Invitational, posted a 60m time of 6.98, a personal best, and a 200m time of 21.83... named to the Pac-12 Winter Academic Honor Roll.

2021 (Outdoor): Competed in eight meets… set a new personal record in the 100m dash at the Pac-12 Outdoor Track & Field Championships, finishing the race in 10.78… posted a personal-best time of 21.58 in the 200m dash at the Big Meet… ran the 100m in 10.86 and the 200m in 21.65 at the West Coast Classic in Arizona… at the Aztec Invitational, ran the 200m dash in 21.92… took first place in both the 100m dash (10.89) and the 4x100m relay (41.05) at the Cal-Sac State Dual… made the Pac-12 Spring Academic Honor Roll.

2021 (Indoor): Appeared in two meets for the Bears… ran a personal-best 7.00 in the 60m dash at the Air Force Collegiate Open.

HIGH SCHOOL: Holds the Hickman High School record for the 100m dash, the 4x200m relay and the sprint medley relay… represented Team Missouri at the 2019 Great Southwest Classic, competing in the 100m and 200m dashes… three-time All-Missouri State High School Activities Association (MSHSAA) in 2019… 2019 MSHSAA Male Scholar Athlete of the Year… that year, Hickman’s men’s team placed fifth at the MSHSAA Class 5 State Championships after winning the District 6 Championships… Monroe himself placed fifth in the 100m dash at State… five-time All-District 6 in both 2018 and 2019… also played soccer, basketball and football for the Kewpies.

PERSONAL: Received his bachelor's degree in economics and also earned a master's degree at Cal… son of Mark and Holly Monroe… brother Charlie played football at Washington University in St. Louis.
