2024 (Outdoor): Did not compete in a Golden Bear uniform… finished second in the triple jump at the Bell Canadian Championships with a mark of 12.95m (42-6).
2024 (Indoor): Second-Team All-American… competed in four meets… placed 14th in the triple jump at the NCAA Indoor Championships with a mark of 12.89m (42-3.5)… at the Don Kirby Invitational, posted the third-best triple jump mark in program history (and 16th best in the nation) with a leap of 13.25m (43-5.75)… also moved into a tie for fifth in program history with a long jump mark of 5.98m (19-7.5).
2023 (Outdoor): Appeared in both the triple jump and the long jump finals at the Bell Canadian Championships, taking second in the former with a leap of 12.82m (42-0.75)... competed in the triple jump in six meets for Cal… at the NCAA West Preliminary, leaped to a wind-aided 13.00m (42-8)… posted a wind-aided mark of 13.07m (42-10.75) at the Pac-12 Championships… won the triple jump at the 128th Big Meet with a leap into the wind of 12.57m (41-3)… at the Cardinal Classic, posted the eighth-farthest triple jump in program history with a mark of 13.18m (43-3).
2023 (Indoor): Competed in three meets for Cal… took second place in the triple jump at the Ken Shannon Last Chance Invitational with her leap of 12.84m (42-1.5), fifth-best in program history… posted a triple jump mark of 12.52m (41-1) at the Don Kirby Elite Invitational… competed in both the long jump (5.34m/17-6.25) and the triple jump (12.41m/40-8.75) at the New Mexico Team Open.
2022 (Outdoor): Canadian Triple Jump Champion… USTFCCCA Honorable Mention... appeared in 10 meets for Cal… reached the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the triple jump… reached the eighth-farthest triple jump mark on Cal’s all-time list with her distance of 13.22m (43-4.5) at the NCAA West Preliminary… at the Mt. SAC Relays, posted a triple jump mark of 12.71m (41-8.5)… reached a winning distance of 13.01m (42-8.25) in the triple jump at the Stanford Invitational… had a personal-best leap of 5.60m (18-4.5) in the long jump at the Aztec Invitational… at the Cardinal Classic, won the triple jump with a mark of 12.82m (42-0.75).
2022 (Indoor): Competed in one meet for Cal… posted a long jump PR of 5.77m (18-11.25) at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Invitational... named to the Pac-12 Winter Academic Honor Roll.
2021 (Outdoor): Appeared in four meets… tied for the Pac-12’s 13th-best mark of the season in the triple jump after leaping 12.39m (40-7.75) at the Pac-12 Outdoor Track & Field Championships… set a new personal record in the long jump at the Cal-USC Dual, reaching a distance of 5.60m (18-4.50).
2021 (Indoor): Competed in three meets… jumped a distance of 12.73m (41-9.25) in the triple jump at the Championships at the Peak… posted a second-place (and personal-best) triple jump of 12.80m (42-0), good for fourth in school history, at the Air Force Invitational.
HIGH SCHOOL: Placed second in the triple jump and fifth in the long jump at the 2019 Ontario Federation of School Athletic Associations (OFSAA) Provincial Championships… earlier that year, won the triple jump competition, took third in the long jump and finished eighth in the 100m dash at the Nike/Rowland Games… 2018 OFSAA Triple Jump Champion… also finished ninth in the high jump at the OFSAA Championships that year… in 2017, took sixth in the triple jump and also competed in the high jump at the OFSAA Championships… also played basketball, soccer, ultimate frisbee and softball for North Albion Collegiate Institute.
PERSONAL: Majored in integrative biology with the intent of entering the occupational or physical therapy field… daughter of Afolabi and Christiana Akinduro.
