2024 (Outdoor): Second-Team All-American… competed in eight meets… finished 13th in the shot put at the NCAA Outdoor Championships with a mark of 18.99m (62-3.75)… posted a mark of 19.30m (63-4) at the NCAA West Preliminary… was ranked as the No. 9 shot putter in the nation… won his first Pac-12 Championships title with a throw of 19.83m (65-0.75)… took first place at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational with a mark of 18.62m (61-1.25)… USTFCCCA All-Academic... Pac-12 Spring Academic Honor Roll.

2024 (Indoor): Appeared in three meets… placed second in the shot put at the Ken Shannon Invitational with a mark of 18.44m (60-6)… won the shot put contest at the Don Kirby Invitational with a throw of 18.30m (60-0.5)… at the New Mexico Team Open, finished third in the shot put at 17.78m (58-4)... Pac-12 Winter Academic Honor Roll selection.

2023 (Outdoor): First Team All-American… competed in seven meets for Cal in the shot put… finished eighth at the NCAA Outdoor Championships with a mark of 19.98m (65-6.75) for the third-best mark in program history and tied for the 14th-best in Division I that season… at the NCAA West Preliminary, posted a mark of 19.80m (64-11.5)… threw 18.94m (62-1.75) at the Pac-12 Championships… set a mark of 18.91m (62-0.5) at the 95th Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays… USTFCCCA All-Academic… Pac-12 Spring Academic Honor Roll.

2023 (Indoor): Competed in three meets for the Bears… finished third in the shot put at the Ken Shannon Last Chance Invitational with a mark of 18.09m (59-4.25)… posted the No. 21 shot put mark in the nation at the New Mexico Team Open, throwing 19.39m (63-7.5) for the third-best distance in program history... Pac-12 Winter Academic Honor Roll selection.

2022 (Outdoor): Competed in six meets for Cal… threw the shot put 18.69m (61-4) at the NCAA West Region Prelims… finished third in the shot put at the Pac-12 Championships with a mark of 18.71m (61-4.75)… took second in the Big Meet shot put contest with a throw of 18.33m (60-1.75)… posted the eighth-best shot put mark in Cal history at the Mt. SAC relays, throwing 18.86m (61-10.5)… USTFCCCA All-Academic.

2022 (Indoor): Competed in three meets for the Bears… took third place in the shot put at the WSU Invitational with a throw of 18.13m (59-5.75)… moved up to third on Cal’s all-time list with a shot put heave of 19.18m (62-11.25) at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Invitational... named to the Pac-12 Winter Academic Honor Roll.

2021 (Outdoor): Competed in seven meets for the Bears… U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic… at the Big Meet, set a new PR in the discus throw with a heave of 44.83m (147-1)… placed second in the shot put at that meet with his throw of 17.78m (58-4)… set the Pac-12’s 10^th-best mark in the outdoor shot put with his third-place mark of 18.15m (59-6.75) at the Trojan Invitational, which was also a personal best.

2021 (Indoor): Competed in two meets… placed fourth in the shot put with a throw of 17.68m (58-0.25) at the Championships at the Peak… at the Air Force Collegiate Open, took third place with his shot put throw of 17.02m (55-10.25).

HIGH SCHOOL: Reached the 2019 California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) State Track & Field Championship Finals in both the shot put and the discus throw… at that year’s CIF Southern Section (SS) Masters Meet, won the shot put competition and also competed in the discus throw… entered both the shot put and discus throw competitions at the 2019 Arcadia Invitational, placing third in the former… competed in the shot put at the 2019 New Balance Nationals Indoor… earlier that year, won the shot put competition at the California Winter Track & Field State Championships… in 2018, competed in the shot put at the New Balance Nationals Outdoor after finishing second in that event at the CIF State Track & Field Championships… won both the discus throw and shot put contests at the CIF-SS Division 3 Finals, later placing first in the latter at the CIF-SS Masters Meet… was invited to compete at the 2018 Arcadia Invitational in both the discus throw and shot put, where he took third place in the latter… finished second in the shot put at the California State Winter Championships… placed third in the discus throw at the 2017 CIF-SS Division 3 Finals.

PERSONAL: Majored in legal studies with the intention of pursuing a career in law enforcement... son of Jessica and Jeff Duensing.
