2024 (Outdoor): Competed in seven meets for Cal… posted a high jump mark of 1.71m (5-7.25) at the NCAA West Preliminary… entered the NCAA West Preliminary as the nation’s No. 20 high jumper… scored for the Bears at the Pac-12 Championships with a high jump mark of 1.71m (5-7.25)… posted a mark of 1.82m (5-11.5) at the Mt. SAC Relays… at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational, cleared the bar at 1.76m (5-9.25).

2024 (Indoor): Appeared in one meet… competed in the high jump at the Don Kirby Invitational.

2023 (Outdoor): Competed in seven meets in the high jump… cleared the bar at 1.77m (5-9.75) at the NCAA West Preliminary… posted a mark of 1.78m (5-10) at the Pac-12 Championships… tied for the sixth-best mark in program history at the Mt. SAC Relays, leaping 1.78m (5-10)… USTFCCCA All-Academic… named to the Pac-12 Spring Academic Honor Roll.

2023 (Indoor): Competed in three meets for Cal… won the high jump contest at the Ken Shannon Last Chance Invitational with a mark of 1.80m (5-10.75)… broke the program record in the high jump with her winning leap of 1.85m (6-0.75) at the Don Kirby Elite Invitational… finished third in the high jump at the New Mexico Team Open after posting a mark of 1.81m (5-11.25)... Pac-12 Winter Academic Honor Roll selection.

2022: Appeared in four outdoor meets for the Bears… posted a high jump mark of 1.66m (5-5.25) at the Pac-12 Championships… took second in the high jump at the Big Meet with a height of 1.65m (5-5)… leapt 1.66m (5-5.25) in the high jump at the Aztec Invitational… Pac-12 Spring Academic Honor Roll.

2021: Did not compete for Cal… won the high jump competition in the Hong Kong Summer U20 Athletics Meet.

HIGH SCHOOL: Hong Kong U18 high jump record-holder… Hong Kong National Team member since 2016… placed second in the high jump at the 2019 Chinese U18 Championships… also finished second in the high jump at the Hong Kong Championships that year… earned a silver medal in the high jump at the 2019 Asian U18 Championships… Graham Outstanding Student-Athlete Award-winner.

PERSONAL: Majored in computer science with plans to become a software engineer… daughter of Wai Yip Lai and Ling Ling Lam.
