2019: Raced in four meets for the Bears… finished the 3k in 25:49.9 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational… at the Capital Cross Challenge, posted a time of 26:04.6… finished 20^th out of 93 entries at the USF Invitational with his time of 26:21.1.

2018: Appeared in four meets… at the Pac-12 Cross Country Championships, finished the 8k run in 26:13.7… posted a new personal record in the 8k with a time of 25:19.3 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational… crossed the finish line in 25:48.6 at the USF Invitational.


TRACK & FIELD
2022: Competed in six outdoor meets… reached the 800m finals at the Pac-12 Championships after posting a time of 1:50.35 in the preliminary round… won the 800m race at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational with a time of 1:50.19… at the Cardinal Classic, finished third in the 800m with his time of 1:51.89… won the 800m race at the Cal Opener with a time of 1:57.18.

2021: Competed in eight outdoor meets… set a new personal record in the 800m run with a time of 1:50.01 at the Pac-12 Outdoor Track & Field Championships, the 17^th-best time in the conference that season… took third place in the 800m at the West Coast Classic in Oregon with his time of 1:50.84… ran the 800m in 1:50.12 to win the event at the Cal-USC Dual… finished the 1500m run in 3:57.36 at the Aztec Invitational.

2020: Appeared in three indoor meets… set a new PR of 1:51.43 in the 800m run at the MPSF Indoor Track & Field Championships… ran the 800m in 1:53.27 at the Husky Classic.

2019 (Outdoor): Competed in eight meets… at the Pac-12 Track & Field Championships, ran the 800m in 1:53.00… was part of the winning 4x400m relay squad at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational, finishing the race in a combined 3:21.80 and also taking second in the 800m run with his time of 1:50.97… finished second in the 800m run at the Big Meet, posting a time of 1:52.18… set a new personal record in the 1500m at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic, finishing the race in 3:55.41… at the Hornet Invitational, placed second in the 800m run with his time of 1:51.72… ran the 1500m in 3:57.68 at the Cal Opener.

2019 (Indoor): Appeared in three meets for the Bears… at the MPSF Indoor Track & Field Championships, posted a personal-best mile time of 4:13.90… also competed in the 800m run at that meet, finishing in 1:53.87.

HIGH SCHOOL: Three-time track MVP and three-time cross country MVP for Highland High School… Highland won five team championships during his time there… took sixth place in the 1600m run at the 2018 California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) State Track & Field Championships… earlier that year, won both the 800m and the 1600m races at the CIF Central Section Masters Meet… 2018 South Area Champion in both the 800m and the 1600m… 2018 Southeast Yosemite League (SEYL) 800m, 1600m and 3200m Champion… at that year’s Arcadia Invitational, placed third in the 1500m and fourth in the 1600m and the mile run… placed 41^st out of 243 runners at the 2017 Foot Locker West Regionals… finished ninth at the 2017 CIF State Cross Country Championships… 2017 Central Section and SEYL Cross Country Champion… at that year’s CIF State Track & Field Championships, placed third in the 800m after winning the event at the Central Section Masters Meet… 2017 South Area Track & Field 1600m Champion and 800m Runner-Up… was the SEYL 800m and 1600m Champion and the 3200m and 4x400m Runner-Up that year… finished third in the mile run at the 2017 Arcadia Invitational… placed 31^st out of 195 Division II runners at the 2016 CIF State Cross Country Championships… 2016 Central Section and SEYL Cross Country Champion… participated in the 2016 USA Track & Field (USATF) National Junior Olympic Championships, where he finished second in the 4x800m relay and third in the 3k race in the 15-16yr age bracket… took first in both of those events at that year’s USATF Region 14 Junior Olympic Championships… won the 400m, 3k and 4x800m races at the 2016 USATF Central California Association Junior Olympic Championships… finished third in the 1600m at the Central Section Masters Meet that year… 2016 South Area 1600m Champion and 4x400m Runner-Up… 2016 SEYL 1600m and 3200m Champion and Runner-Up in the 800m and 4x400m relay… finished third in the mile run at that year’s Arcadia Invitational… at the 2015 CIF State Cross Country Championships, finished 51^st out of 192 runners… finished fifth at the 2015 CIF Central Section Cross Country Championship… placed second in that year’s SEYL Cross Country Championships… member of Athletes in Motion 365 club… Central Section Scholar-Athlete… seven-time Highland Scholar-Athlete… also wrestled for the Scots.
