2023 (Outdoor): Placed second in the hammer throw at the Swedish Championships with a mark of 63.72m (209-0)… Second Team All-American… appeared in seven meets for Cal… threw the hammer 68.47m (224-8) at the NCAA Outdoor Championships… at the NCAA West Preliminary, posted a mark of 69.15m (226-10)… took third at the Pac-12 Championships with his throw of 69.32m (227-5), third-best in program history and 18th in Division I that year… posted a throw of 69.05m (226-6) at the 44th Aztec Invitational… USTFCCCA All-Academic… Pac-12 Spring Academic Honor Roll.

2022 (Outdoor): Invited to compete in the Nordic Baltic U23 Championships… finished third at the Swedish Team Championships, throwing the hammer 64.02m (210-0)… USTFCCCA Honorable Mention... appeared in eight meets for Cal… posted a hammer throw of 65.70m (215-7) at the NCAA Outdoor Championships… finished third at the Pac-12 Championships with a personal-best hammer mark of 68.18m (223-8), the fourth-best in program history… won the hammer throw at the Big Meet, posting a mark of 65.59m (215-2)… won the hammer throw at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational with his toss of 66.40m (217-10)… USTFCCCA All-Academic… CoSIDA Academic All-District… Pac-12 Spring Academic Honor Roll.

2022 (Indoor): Competed in three meets… set a personal record of 18.47m (60-7.25) in the weight throw at the WSU Invitational… threw the weight 18.45m (60-6.5) at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Invitational... named to the Pac-12 Winter Academic Honor Roll.

2021: Competed in six outdoor meets… his hammer throw mark of 64.32 (211-0) at the NCAA Outdoor West Region Preliminaries was the sixth-best in school history, as well as the Pac-12’s sixth-best throw of the season… at the Pac-12 Outdoor Track & Field Championships, threw the hammer 63.57m (208-7)… took first place in both the hammer throw (63.02m/206-9) and the javelin throw (46.37m/152-1) at the Big Meet, with the latter also being a personal best… finished in second place in the hammer throw at the Stanford Invitational with his heave of 61.29m (201-1)… U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic honoree.

BEFORE CAL: In 2020, won the hammer throw and the javelin throw while also taking second in the discus throw and shot put at Castorama in Falun… earlier that year, took fourth in the weight throw at the Swedish Indoor Championships… placed second in the hammer throw and javelin throw and third in the discus throw and shot put at 2019 Castorama in Falun… took third place in the weight throw at the 2018 Uppsala Swedish U20 Indoor Championships.
