2021: Competed in two meets for the Bears… finished the 8k in 26:17.7 at the Sacramento State Invitational.

2020-21: Appeared in two meets… at the Pac-12 Cross Country Championships, recorded a personal-best time of 25:38.4 in the 8k… ran the 8k in 26:27.7 at the Dave Murray Invite.

2019: Did not compete.

2018: Did not compete. 

TRACK & FIELD
2022 (Outdoor): Appeared in four meets… won the 1500m race at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational with a personal-best time of 3:40.95… raced to a 1500m time of 3:52.59 at the Cardinal Classic.

2022 (Indoor): Appeared in two meets for the Bears… ran the mile in a personal-best 4:08.81 at the Pac-12 Invitational.

2021: Competed in three outdoor meets… at the Big Meet, set a personal record in the 1500m run with a time of 3:57.40… won the 1500m race at the Cal-USC Dual, crossing the finish line in 3:57.82.

2020: Appeared in one indoor meet… ran a personal-best 4:19.90 in the mile race at the UW Invitational.

2019: Competed in one outdoor meet for the Bears… raced to a personal-best 1:58.91 in the 800m competition at the Cal Opener.

HIGH SCHOOL: Owns the High Tech High School’s all-time record for the cross country 5k… placed second in the 1600m run at the 2018 California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) State Track & Field Championships after winning the event outright at the CIF San Diego Section Finals… 2018 Frontier Conference Champion in the 800m, 1600m and 3200m… competed at the 2018 Arcadia Invitational, running in the 3200m race… placed 27^th out of 194 runners at the 2017 CIF State Division IV Cross Country Championships… earlier that season, placed fourth at the San Diego Section Cross Country Championships… finished fourth in the 1600m race at the 2017 San Diego Section Track & Field Finals… 2017 Frontier Conference Champion in the 800m and 1600m… was also Frontier Conference Runner-Up in the 4x400m relay… invited to that year’s Arcadia Invitational and competed in the mile run… qualified for the 2016 CIF State Cross Country Championships after finishing 11^th in the San Diego Section Finals… placed second at that year’s Frontier Conference Cross Country Championships … in 2015, finished third in the 1600m and fourth in the 3200m at the Frontier Conference Finals.
