2022 (Outdoor): Competed in three meets for Cal… finished second with the 4x100m relay squad at the Aztec Invitational with their combined time of 44.77… ran the first leg of the winning 4x100m relay race at the Cardinal Classic, posting a time of 44.51 that ranks sixth in program history and setting a new meet record… CoSIDA Academic All-District… Pac-12 Spring Academic Honor Roll.

2022 (Indoor): Appeared in five meets… posted a PR of 24.79 in the 200m dash at the Don Kirby Elite Invitational… finished second in the 60m dash at the WSU Open, posting a time of 7.55… placed third in the 60m dash with a time of 7.47 at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Invitational... named to the Pac-12 Winter Academic Honor Roll.

2021: Competed in one indoor meet… her third-place 60m time of 7.45 at the Air Force Collegiate Open tied for fourth-best in school history… U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic… made the Pac-12 Spring Academic Honor Roll.

2020: Competed in one outdoor meet for the Bears… set a new personal record in the 400m dash at the Cal Opener, posting a time of 59.40.
 
TCU: Set personal records in the 100m (11.67) and outdoor 200m (24.27) dashes at the 2019 Jim Click Shootout… ran to a wind-aided time of 11.58 in the 100m dash at the 2019 TCU Invitational, good for first place… posted a personal-best time of 7.41 in the 60m dash at the 2019 Big 12 Indoor Championships… won the 60m dash at the 2019 Texas A&M Triangular, finishing the race in 7.43.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: 2018 Trinidad & Tobago U20 100m Champion… was part of the winning 4x100m relay team at the 2016 Trinidad & Tobago Championships.
 
PERSONAL: Majoring in data science… daughter of Stephanie and Timothy Spinks.
