2022 (Outdoor): Appeared in six meets for Cal… ran the first leg of the winning 4x400m relay squad at the Big Meet, posting a combined time of 3:11.94… … set new personal bests in the 200m (22.11) and 400m (49.08) dashes at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational… won the 4x400m relay with his squad at the Aztec Invitational, reaching a time of 3:12.93… posted a new personal record of 11.10 in the 100m dash at the Cal Opener.

2022 (Indoor): Competed in one meet… raced to a personal-best time of 7.04 in the 60m dash at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Invitational… also ran the 200m dash in 22.46 at that meet, which was another personal best.

2021 (Outdoor): Competed in four meets for the Bears… set a new personal record in the 200m dash at the Big Meet, finishing in 22.25… also ran the 400m in 50.20 at that meet… at the Stanford Invitational, ran the 200m in 22.66… finished the 400m in 49.98 at the Cal-Sac State Dual.

2021 (Indoor): Competed in two meets… ran the 200m in 22.81 at the Air Force Collegiate Open.

2020: Participated in one meet for the Bears during the indoor season… Finished 25th in the men’s 60-meters at the New Mexico Team Open with a time of 7.15 seconds… Notched a time of 22.98 seconds in the men’s 200-meters at the New Mexico Team Open… Took fifth-place in the 400-meters to open the outdoor campaign at the Cal Opener, crossing the line in 50.90 seconds…. Also notched a sixth-place finish in the 200 meters with a time of 22.27 seconds.

2019: Competed in six meets during the outdoor season and two meets during the indoor season… Set a personal best in the 400m at the Cal Opener as he ran 49.57 and took third place… Notched a PR of 22.56 in the 200m as he took third at the Cardinal Classic. Helped the 4x400m relay to a win at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational.  

HIGH SCHOOL: Reached the 2018 California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) Sac-Joaquin Section Prelims after taking fourth in the 200m dash at the Sac Joaquin Section Division II Finals, where he also competed in the 100m dash and 4x400m relay… reached the CIF State Championships in 2017, competing in the 4x100m relay and the 4x400m relay… reached the CIF Sac-Joaquin Section Masters Finals in the 200m and 400m dashes that year, also placing second in the 4x100m and 4x400m relays… Antelope High School won the 2017 Sac-Joaquin Division II team championship… Carson was named 2017 All-Capital Valley Conference after finishing second in the 400m dash at the Conference Finals and first in the 4x100m and 4x400m relays… finished third in the 400m dash at the 2016 Capital Valley Conference Finals… placed first in the 200m dash and second in the 100m dash at the 2015 Capital Valley Conference Finals… earned the Academic Principle Award for maintaining a GPA over 3.75 every grading period… STEM Club officer… completed a Project Lead the Way engineering capstone graduate course.

PERSONAL: Majoring in data science… hopes to become a data analyst or a track & field coach… son of Rodney and Cristina Carson… father was part of Sacramento State’s track & field team… sister Brooke is currently on the University of Nevada, Reno track & field team.
