2023: Raced in seven outdoor meets for Cal… ran the first leg of the 4x400m relay that combined for a time of 3:08.26 at the NCAA West Preliminary… finished the 400m hurdles in 52.61 at the Pac-12 Championships… won the 400m hurdles at the 128th Big Meet with a time of 52.21, seventh-fastest in the conference that season… won the 400m hurdles at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational, posting a time of 53.30… USTFCCCA All-Academic… named to the Pac-12 Spring Academic Honor Roll... Pac-12 Winter Academic Honor Roll selection.

2022: Raced in nine outdoor meets for the Bears… at the NCAA West Preliminary, finished the 400m hurdles in 51.95… posted a PR of 51.85 in the 400m hurdles at the Pac-12 Championships, where he also acted as the third leg of a 4x400m relay squad that won its section with a combined time of 3:07.20… at the Mt. SAC Relays, ran the 400m hurdles in 52.95… finished the 400m dash in 48.20 at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational, good for second place… won the 400m hurdles at the Aztec Invitational, posting a time of 52.63… USTFCCCA All-Academic.

UC DAVIS: At the 2021 Big West Outdoor Track & Field Championships, set a PR of 52.48 in the 400m hurdles… was part of the winning 4x400m relay squad that posted a composite time of 3:16.57 at the 2021 Causeway Duel… posted a personal-best 49.58 in the 400m dash at that year’s Hornet Invitational… took first place in the 400m hurdles competition at the 2020 Cal Opener, finishing the race in 54.60.

HIGH SCHOOL: Finished ninth in the 800m run at the 2019 California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) State Track & Field Championships… at that year’s CIF North Coast Section (NCS) Meet of Champions, placed second in the 800m and competed in the 4x400m relay… took second place in the 800m at the 2019 NCS Tri-Valley Championship… 2019 Diablo Athletic League 800m and 4x400m Champion… competed in the 4x400m relay at the 2018 CIF NCS Meet of Champions… finished third in the 800m competition at the 2018 Diablo Athletic League Championship…  at the 2017 CIF NCS Meet of Champions, entered the 4x800m relay competition… placed third in the 800m run at that year’s Diablo Athletic League Championship… won the 800m race and finished fifth in the high jump at the 2017 Northern California Frosh/Soph Championships… won the decathlon competition at that year’s NorCal 10K & 1 Day Decathlon meet… ran cross country for Northgate High School in 2015, finishing 26^th out of 128 runners at the CIF NCS Division 2 Cross Country Championships… graduated summa cum laude.

PERSONAL: Majored in mathematics… intends to attend graduate school and apply his skills to the medical field.
